BIOS SPHERE is a day for builders, creators, and curious people. We expect attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, and volunteers to treat each other with respect, honesty, and professionalism.

OUR COMMITMENT

Everyone deserves to participate safely.

This code applies throughout the venue, at related social events, and in event-related online spaces. Asking someone to stop is enough: respect the boundary immediately.

EXPECTED CONDUCT

Respect the people sharing the room.

  1. Be respectful Welcome newcomers, disagree with ideas rather than people, and be mindful of the space you take up.
  2. No harassment We do not tolerate discrimination, intimidation, unwanted contact, or behaviour targeting age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender, nationality, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic.
  3. Report what you experience or witness Tell Jory Braun by email or speak to any staff member at the registration desk. You do not need to confront anyone yourself.
  4. We act on violations We may warn, remove, or ban anyone who violates this code, without a refund, at our sole discretion.
